The bag is very well crafted and has great surprise pockets inside. I wish I could have a strap across the top when full so things don"t fall out in my car--which they did. I found it very bulky when full and the straps are so wide only one stays on my shoulder. Mayb a clip across the straps would help. I do live it though for short shopping trips. Maybe a way to carry it when folded up would be nice too.
I love the product, the material is sturdy and the color is vibrant.
Kinda awkward to cinch up if you do not have a heavy grocery load.
Overall, the bag is pretty cool.The only thing I don't like is that i'm not able to fold it up pretty easily when I wanna put it away. It does hold a lot. So far our view, different groceries and laundry, and it's really easy to use.
It shows in advertisements that it holds so much at the grocery store or a ton of clothes and it’s so easy and it barely holds anything. Not a fan.
The fabric is stiffer than I prefer and followed the instructions to contact them within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. I have sent two messages and have not received a response. It’s not a cheap product so I’m upset that I may be out 65 dollars because of their lack of customer service.
My bag never came it was sent to the wrong address I tried to reach out and tell you guys no one has responded and then I even asked about a different color no one has responded.

Color more of a pale pink; poor workmanship with obvious signs not fully constructed (unsewn seams); definitely not worth the price
